It’s simple Step 1-Pick up your passports at the Tree Lighting or at any participating business.
Step 2-Visit businesses on Black Friday and have your passport stamped at each business which can be identified by the white and red balloons.
Step 3- Drop off completed passports by Dec. 1st to be eligible to win $100.00 Downtown Dollars
